Dead line for subscriptions to: Volume (Issues 1-4) - March 1 (full the rate), 3 issues - July 1 (75% of the rate), 2 Issues - September 1 (50% of the rate), and 1 Issue - November 1 (25% of the rate). Subscriptions include postage (air-speeded or airflight delivery in most of the world) and handling charges.

Subscriptions at the personal rate are for personal use only and must be not donated to a library. Copies are sent only to private addresses and payment is made by personal cheque or credit card.
